An experience made even more wonderful by a stay at a period 19th century country home in the quiet hillside of Mussoorie, cool mountain air and a specially organised trip to take you even higher to Dhanolti where you can spend a relaxed time and even enjoy a picnic lunch with butterflies fluttering within your reach. CAMP DAVID – RISHIKESH (Byasi) LEADERSHIP MODULE: Day 01: Delhi – Rishikesh (by coach) 265 kms, 6 - 7 hrs drive Assemble school premises at sharp 05:00 Hrs to board the coach for Rishikesh Opening address by Cox & Kings Tour manager for familiarization Departure for Rishikesh at sharp 05:30 Hrs by coach Stopping enroute for breakfast at Cheetal Grand and continue till Rishikesh Arrival at “Camp David” at approx 13:00 Hrs for two night stay A brief camps Do’s and Don’t’s, tent allotment by an Instructor Lunch at the Camp at 13:30 Hrs 14:30 Hrs. Commencement of Training Session 1. Session 1 – Ice Breaker (About the Team Training) 15:00 Hrs. Simulation 1 – Blue Peter (Split the Group into Teams, Team Names, Slogans, Objectives and the overall objectives of the training) 16:30 Hrs Simulation 3 – Blind Innovation ( Team Work, Trust, Communication and Specific Roles) 17:50 Hrs. Evening tea with snacks. Beach Games Fun games around the bonfire Dinner & overnight at the Camp (B-enroute, L, D) Day 02: In Camp David Early morning wake up call at 06:00 Hrs followed by a short trek to track wildlife like barking deer and try and spot the different varieties of birds that are found here 08:30 Hrs – Breakfast 09:30 Hrs - Rafting/Bridge Slithering, Rock Climbing. Half Teams will go for Rafting and the balance teams will do Bridge Slithering, Rock climbing, Trekking. (An excellent team games enhances and improves the spirit of team building and leadership) Lunch at Camp 14:30 HrsTraining Session 2 14:30 Hrs Simulation - Spider’s Web (Planning, Trust, Team Work, Roles) 16:00 Hrs Simulation - Mines Field (Communication, Empathy) 17:50 Hrs Evening tea with snacks. Beach Games Fun games around the bonfire Dinner & overnight at the Camp (B, L, D) Day 03: In Camp David Early morning wake up call at 06:00 Hrs 08:30 Hrs – Breakfast 09:30 Hrs - Rafting/Bridge Slithering, Rock Climbing. Half Teams will go for Rafting and the balance teams will do Bridge Slithering, Rock climbing, Trekking. 14:30 HrsTraining Session 3 15:00 Hrs Simulation - Flag Finding: A specially team based activity where in a team with the help of other Team Members climb or trek a with clues, Flag and hidden directions given to them. The activity requires the team and individual to come forward and become a value-able leader in achieving the Goal. 17:50 Hrs. Evening tea with snacks Beach Games Fun games around the bonfire Dinner & overnight at the Camp (B, L, D) Day 04: In Camp David Morning a short walk to near by village Breakfast at the Camp Post Breakfast a mini Olympiad for the entire team Teams will compete in various games. Tug of War, Beach Volleyball, Cross country run etc The objective would be focusing on Leadership qualities of each team member. Each game will have a head and tail leaders will be changing for every game The leader will have to lead their team, making decision, developing team dynamics and communication in students Early lunch at the Camp Post lunch depart “Camp David” at 13:00 Hrs and board the coach for Delhi Arrive Delhi between 20:00 – 21:00 Hrs Our tour ends on arrival at school grounds (B, L)
