ADVENTURE AND LEISURE PROGRAMME

ON DESERT TRAILS – JAIPUR
DELHI – JAIPUR - DELHI

The Desert Trail Camp is surrounded by the Aravali Ranges, Desert Trails – spread across 110 acres of land which offers charming views, hiking in the nearby hill and stopping to admire the blue sky and the green valley, the bliss of solitude and the warmth of campfires to entice those seeking a screne pastime.

LOCATION: About 210 km from Delhi & 22 kms before Jaipur, the Desert Trails Camp is 6 km off the Delhi – Jaipur Highway, past Kukas Village in a Valley

Program: Adventure & Leisure Camp
Eligibility: 5th class & onwards
Duration: 3 nights / 4 days

Day 01: Delhi – Jaipur / desert trails camp (210 kms / approx 5 hrs drive)

Assemble at school grounds at sharp 06:00 hrs

Opening address by Cox & Kings Tour leader for familiarization

Departure from school premises at sharp 06:30 hrs by coach for Jaipur, stopping en-route at midway for breakfast and continue till Camp Arrive Desert Trails Camp by lunch

Post lunch a short walk for familiarization inside the estate which command a spectacular view of Aravalli’s

A brief by camp coordinator about Do’s and Don’ts, activities, facilities and form filling and giving information of awards to be given to students in different category after the camping programme

Time at leisure to relax or enjoy some indoor/outdoor games like Volley ball, Billiards, Cricket, Batminton etc.

Late afternoon familiarization trek to a temple return to the camp for evening tea & light snacks

Evening Intro to adventure sports with group formations followed preliminary adventure games

Late evening Rajasthani cultural & puppet show with camp fire

Dinner, Bonfire & overnight in Camp (B- enroute & L, D)

Day 02:  In Desert Trails Camp

Early morning proceed for a bird watching session around the camps which houses more than 35 species of sub tropical birds

Breakfast in the camp

Post Breakfast II round of Adventure sports with Archery & rifle shooting

Lunch in Camp

Post lunch time at leisure

Late afternoon Jeep safari / camel safari to near by village and interact with local artisans further visit Khoya making unit, return to the camps followed by tea & snacks

Stargazing at night with star position & marking training

Late evening Folk dance show with dance competition among students

Dinner around the bonfire and overnight at the camp (B, L, D)

Day 03: In Desert Trails Camp

Morning drill followed by breakfast

Post breakfast proceed for Jaipur sight seeing, visit City palace/Jantar Mantar

Lunch in a local restaurant

Post visit Hawa Mahal and shopping at Johri Market further proceed to Chokhi Dhani for fun-fare and dinner

Return back to the Camps & overnight in Camp (B, L-enroute, D)

Day 04: Camp – Delhi (210 kms / approx 5 hrs drive)

Post breakfast prize distribution followed by lunch

Post an early lunch depart camp at 13:00 hrs and board the coach for Delhi

Arrive Delhi between 19:00 – 20:00 hrs

Our tour ends on arrival at school grounds (B, L)
