HIGHLIGHTS OF CENTRAL INDIA

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival meet & greet and escorted to your Hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
Morning after breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi covering the Red Fort (closed on Fridays), Raj Ghat, Ashoka Pillar and the mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar. In the afternoon, tour New Delhi as you drive along Rajpath to view the Parliament House, the President’s House and India Gate. Visit the Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and Birla Temple.

Day 03 : Delhi - Jaipur (270 Kms - 6 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. On arrival check in at the Hotel. Afternoon enjoy a tour of Jaipur City as you visit the Hawa Mahal, City Palace and the ancient observatory.

Day 04 : Jaipur
Morning after an early breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort & ascend to the mountain fortress of Amber, riding atop decorated and painted elephants. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 05 : Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (245 Kms - 6 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Agra en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival check in at the Hotrel. Afternoon half day city tour visiting Agra Fort & evening Sunset visit to Taj Mahal (Closed on Fridays).

Day 06 : Agra – Jhansi (By Train)
Train Details: Bhopal Shatabdi
Departure Agra: 0817 Hrs
Arrival Jhansi: 1048 Hrs
Jhansi – Orchha - Khajuraho (175 Kms – 5 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and transfer to railway station to experience a train ride to Jhansi. Continue by road to Khajuraho, en route visiting Orchha, a medieval city frozen in time and space, existing to this day, as it must have in the 17th century. On arrival check in at the Hotel and relax.

Day 07 : Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh (270 Kms - 6 Hrs Drive)
Morning after an early breakfast check out from the Hotel and proceed to visit famous Khajuraho’s erotic Temples. Later drive to Bandhavgarh - Popular for having the highest density of Tigers, though being quite small in size when compared to other National Parks, Bandhavgarh is a crowning jewel in the wildlife of Madhya Pradesh. On arrival check in at the jungle lodge.

Day 08 : Bandhavgarh National Park
Enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing. The park is home to the white tiger and other animal species, such as Indian bison, sambar deer, barking deer and blue bull.

Day 09 : Bandhavgarh – Kanha (240 Kms – 5 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Lodge and drive to Kanha National Park - Due to the availability of different kinds of habitat scenario for the wildlife species, it is one of the most popular wildlife centers in the world in terms of maximum numbers of wildlife species availability. These species range from the Indian typical animals to the world's rare of rarest species. The Kanha National Park is mainly known for its Tiger reserve. Even though Tigers are the main concern of the site, the availability and supporting the breeding of Barasingha to save from extinction is making this park distinct from the rest of the National Parks of the country.

Day 10 : Kanha National Park
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. With more than 900 square kilometers to cover and hundreds of species of animals and plants to see, your day will be filled with adventure.

Day 11 : Kanha – Pench (200 Kms – 4 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Lodge and drive to Kanha Wildlife Reserve. On arrival and check in at the Lodge.
Afternoon, games drive in Pench Wildlife Reserve -is one of the beautiful wildlife destinations of Western India. Famous as the setting for Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book, Pench Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra is the ideal destination for its rich variety of flora and fauna.
Apart from the animals you can also find a vast array of avian species like Peafowl, Red jungle fowl, Crow pheasant, Crimson breasted barbet, Red vented bulbul, Racket tailed drogue and Magpie robin and lesser whistling teal. There are 210 species of avian population.
Day 12 : Pench Wildlife Reserve
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. With more than 900 square kilometers to cover and hundreds of species of animals and plants to see, your day will be filled with adventure.

Day 13 : Pench – Sarangpur (Satpura Wildlife Reserve) (250 Kms - 6 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from Lodge and drive to stay at Forsyth’s Lodge near Sarangpur village opposite the Madai entrance of Satpura Wildlife Reserve.
The Biosphere Reserve’s total area approx 4926 Kms. That includes three wildlife conservation units, The Bori Sanctuary (518 Kms), Satpura National Park (524 Kms), and Pachmarhi Sanctuary (461 Kms). Satpura National Park is designated as the core zone, and the remaining constitutes the buffer zone.

Day 14: Satpura Wildlife Reserve

Day 15 : Sarangpur – Pachmarhi (50 Kms - 2 Hrs Drive)
After leisurely morning breakfast check out from the Lodge and drive to Pachmarhi.
Pachmarhi is Madhya Pradesh's most verdant jewel, a place where nature has found exquisite expression in myriad enchanting ways. Green shades embrace the mountains, and everywhere is heard the gentle murmur of flowing water. Bridle paths lead into tranquil forest glades, groves of wild bamboo and jamun, dense sal forests and delicate bamboo thickets.
Complementing the magnificence of nature are the works of man; Pachmarhi is also an archaeological treasure-house. In cave shelters in the Mahadeo Hills is an astonishing richness in rock paintings. Most of these have been placed in the period 500-800 AD, but the earliest paintings are an estimated 10,000 years old.

Day 16 : Pachmarhi
Morning after breakfast proceed for the city tour with visit to Bee Fall, Handi Khoh, Mahadeo, Jata Shankar, Pandav Caves, Catholic Church & Christ Church. Balance day free to relax.

Day 17 : Pachmarchi – Bhopal (195 Kms - 4 Hrs Drive)
Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Bhopal. Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal was built in the 11th century by Raja Bhoj of the Parmara Dynasty. Originally known as Bhojapal, the new city of Bhopal has come a long way in time to become one of the most historically rich and cultural treasure cove of India. This city is renowned for its masques and due to the presence of two beautiful lakes is also known as the City of Lakes.

Day 18 : Bhopal
Morning after breakfast proceed for a city with visit to the mosques the notable ones are Jama Masjid, Taj-ul-Masjid and Moti Masjid, Lakshmi Narayan Temple & Bhojeshwar Temple, Museums, Bharat Bhavan, Shaukat Mahal, Sadar Mahal, Old Bhopal. Evening visit to Lake.

Day 19 : Bhopal – Delhi (By air)
After leisurely morning breakfast check out from the Hotel and in time transfer to airport to connect flight to Delhi. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your Hotel.

Day 20 : Departure Delhi
Morning in time transfer to International airport to connect flight for onward journey.
